Returns & Refund Policy

We take great care in producing and delivering high-quality prints with our trusted production partner. As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, we are happy to organize a replacement at no cost to you.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives in poor condition or contains a printing error, please contact us at admin@thevestigeskeeper.com within 7 days of delivery and include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund based on the situation.


Incorrect or Missing Items

In the rare event that you receive the wrong item or your order is missing something, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will ensure the correct item is sent out promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Because each item is made specifically for you once your order is placed, we do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size, color, or item selected at checkout

  • Delays caused by courier services or customs processing

Please double-check your order before finalizing your purchase to ensure accuracy.


Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are issued only in cases of verified damage, defects, or fulfillment errors that cannot be resolved through replacement. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once approved.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@thevestigeskeeper.com.


Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After this time, the production process begins and changes may no longer be possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
