Thank you for shopping with The Vestiges Keeper. Every order is produced and fulfilled by our trusted production partner using premium materials, including 220gsm fine art paper for exceptional quality and durability.


Order Processing Times

Once your order is placed, it will go through the following stages:

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days

  • Production Time: 1–2 business days (handled by our supplier)

  • Total Time Before Shipment: Typically 2–5 business days

Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, production or handling may experience slight delays.


Shipping Times by Region

After your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are as follows:

These timeframes are based on average delivery performance from our production partner and shipping couriers. Rural or remote areas may experience longer delivery windows.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, quantity, and size of your order. Occasionally, we may offer discounted or free shipping promotions—subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed.


Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

If you haven’t received your tracking information within 6 business days of placing your order, please contact us at admin@thevestigeskeeper.com.


Delivery Issues

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives on time and in excellent condition. However, delays or issues can occasionally occur:

  • Lost Packages: If your order hasn’t arrived after the maximum delivery window, contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo to admin@thevestigeskeeper.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.


Address Changes & Order Modifications

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, production may begin, and we cannot guarantee changes will be possible.


International Orders, Customs & Duties

For international orders, your country may charge customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
